Craig has over 30 years of experience in M&A, capital-raising and corporate development and has led four companies from start-up through to successful sale.  His experience in the energy sector includes the development and sale of Magnum Uranium Corp to Energy Fuels Inc, the largest producer of uranium in the USA. He is a director of numerous public companies including Revolve Renewable Power Corp, Electric Royalties Ltd and VR Resources Ltd. Craig has a BCom from the University of British Columbia (’89), an MBA from Dalhousie University (’93) and is a CFA. Active in his community, Craig is Chairman of Crofton House School, Past National Chair of the Hong Kong – Canada Business Association and past Chair of the Family Services of Greater Vancouver (www.fsgv.ca).

Rory is a professional geologist with over 20 years of mineral exploration and executive management experience in North America and Europe, including roles as VP Exploration for KutchoCopper and Exploration Manager for KaminakGold Corp. Most recently, he was COO of CloudbreakDiscovery plc. He has designed and executed multiple exploration programs and managed comprehensive environmental baseline and feasibility study programs. Rory is a registered professional geologist with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia and a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.

Based in Beaumont, Texas, Dustin is Managing Partner of American Land Consultants and has been a trusted advisor to Lonestar since inception. Dustin and his team implement all facets of our leasing program, including title search, GIS mapping, lease negotiations and document handling. Mr. Price has 32 years’ experience as a landman in Texas. He has a BBA from St. Edwards University and an MBA from Texas A&M University. 

Principle Geologist and founder of ID Reservoir: A technically integrative, subsurface advisory and energy investment firm. Experienced in providing comprehensive and consistent illumination of subsurface risk and value. Mike has extensive oil and gas experience, having worked with companies such as BHP and Baker Hughes. He is based in Houston, Texas and has worked extensively in the Eagle Ford and Permian Basin as a Production Geologist and in Trinidad and Tobago as an Exploration Geologist. Mike’s operational experience includes significant work-overs and reservoir modelling, both of which are instrumental to Lonestar as it conducts exploration and development work in East Texas.

Marceau is the Managing Partner of Coral Reef Capital and serves on the Investment Committees of CRC Resources Fund II LP and CRC Energy Fund LP. Prior to Coral Reef Capital, he was a Principal at Columbus Nova a private equity and credit manager, from 2003-2008. From 1998-2003, Marceau was an Associate at Triumph Capital, a Boston based private equity firm which managed more than $800 million in capital. Prior to that, he was an investment banking analyst at Smith Barney. Marceau is a director of Shawnee Oil Company, Krewe Energy, Rawhide Mining, Western Exploration and ROC Service Company. Marceau received a BA from Yale University and a MBA from The Wharton School.

Mike, a Director with the Worley Group, has nearly 30 years of technical, operations, and business management experience in resource extraction and consulting with companies that include SNC-Lavalin and PetroChina. Mike has worked in mining, oil and gas, and consulting services, managing projects and staff from many small-scale projects to large scale asset development (>$100M). He has extensive knowledge in water related operations with a technical background in aqueous geochemistry, hydrogeology, and general water management. Mike has a BSc and MSc from Waterloo University and an MBA from Queen’s University.
